Veggie Sausage Wonton Stars

Happy Friday :D :D :D
I made these awesome veggie sausage wonton stars.
One of my bible study friend brought these(REGULAR sausage wonton stars).
I tried some edge of those(not the MEAT PART) and it was so good!
He gave me this recipe and I made veggie version of them today :D

Here is what you need.
a. 2 cups shredded Colby cheese
(I couldn't find Colby cheese at the grocery store so I just bought 4 Cheese Mexican Blend.)
b. 1 package wonton wrappers
c. Veggie Sausage
d. 1/2 medium green pepper
e. 1/2 medium red pepper
f. 1/2 cup ranch dressing
g. Mini cupcake pans

1. Chop the green and red peppers.

2. Lightly press wonton wrappers onto the bottom and up the sides of greased mini cupcake pans.

3. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes or until edges are browned.

I baked for 5 minutes. The edges weren't super browned but they were lightly browned.

4. In a skillet, cook the chopped veggie sausage over medium heat.
(I added a little bit of olive oil and cook the sausage for 3 - 4 minutes.)

5. Stir in the green and red peppers for 2 minutes.
(The original recipe says "Stir in the cheese, peppers and dressing but I separate them.)

6. Stir in ranch dressing.

7. Add cheese.

8. Mix them well.

9. Spoon a tablespoonful into each wonton cup and bake for 6 - 7 minutes.

Enjoy your veggie sausage wonton stars!!
