Cupcake Pops

Since I failed this last time, I decided to have an assistance this time.
My super duper awesome hubby was a great helper! Thank you, Yobo!
This times, instead of using cake mix, we baked from scratch!!!

Here is the recipe for Vanilla Cake Pops.
(This is from a manual which comes with cupcake maker.)

Ingredients
1 1/5 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup butter(softened)
1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1/2 cup milk

Oops, I forgot to add eggs on this picture!

 1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, beat together butter and sugar until light and creamy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.

3.Alternately blend in flour mixture and milk into butter mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.

4. Fill each cooking reservoir with about 1 tablespoon of batter.

5. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until a tookthpick inserted into a cake pop comes out clean3

6. Aren't they so pretty???

Here is a recipe for White Chocolate Glaze.
Ingredients
1 package (6 ounces) white chocolate, 3 tablespoon heavy whipping cream,
3 tablespoons butter(cut into thirds and softened),
1/5 cup confectioner's sugar(sifted), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1. Combine white chocolate and cream in a deep bowl. Microwave on HIGH power for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave on HIGH power for an additional 10 to 15 seconds if necessary for white chocolate and butter to melt.

2. Blend in sugar and vanilla. Stir smooth.
(Ok. This is where things started getting messy!)

3. Dip cake pops in warm frosting dip. Microwave on HIGH power for 10 to 15 seconds as needed to keep a glaze consistency.
(My hubby and I were so busy with step 3 and we didn't even get a chance to take pictures!)

I'm 81723871% satisfied with the result :)
Can't wait to bake more!
