I'm impatient.
I knew that before I had Audrey but I did not know I was THIS impatient.
I really want to be a good mama who is VERY patient and loves Audrey unconditionally.

Sometimes, I have to bite lips to keep my anger with me.
Sometimes, I yell at poor Audrey.
I used to spank her when I got really mad but don't do that anymore
or at least I haven't spanked her for almost 2 months.

I feel like I get mad at Audrey then feel so bad about it and I apologize to Audrey.
This repeats every freaking day.

Seriously, I need some help.

  1. Glad to see you are back! :)
I understand what you mean about getting frustrated and angry. I have three babies now... a 3 1/2 year old, 1 1/2 year old, and now a six week old. :) As of right now I feel pretty good. I haven't lost my temper too badly this time around.
After I had my second baby I experienced a lot of anger and frustration. I was actual scared by how angry and irritated I got. I'm not sure if that's what you're going through... but by the time my second was about six months I realized there was a problem. I ended up finding out that I had a form of postpartum depression. Unfortunately postpartum can manifest itself as anger and irritability. I'm not saying you have this, but after I found out what was going on I felt soo much better. I was on a very small dose of antidepressant for only a few months to even out my hormones. I hope that I have encouraged you in some way? Don't feel bad if you have to ask for help. :) *hugs*
