  1. agreed! it was so tough for me to lose weight. but there was a point where i gained like 20 pounds and i was like WHOA! it was only last year when i got serious about getting back to my original weight. and it was definitely a combo of diet and exercise. controlling portions and cutting out sugar. i was able to lose 13 pounds and i feel so much better. i gained a little of that back so i hope to lose it again and get my fit! here's to a healthier year for the both of us, jane!

      I worked out today and came home and make lots of dduk-bok-kki and eating them now.
      I should stop eating them now but I can't stop!!! HELP!!!
