I got gestational diabetes when I was 26 weeks pregnant.
Since then, I've been very careful with how much sugar I consume.
I got some easy and GREAT recipes for diabetes from Pinterest.
This is my favorite one!
Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt
Ingredients
6 oz. plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
1 tablespoon agave syrup
Mix all together.
Enjoy your cookie dough greek yogurt :D

ReplyDeleteChobani is my favorite greek yogurt :D but I've been having Yoplait - Greek Yogurt Key lime flavor since it has less sugar than Chobani :p
