Good Bye, Gamja

Since I'm pregnant, Alex and I decided to give Gamja to our good friends.

We dropped him off at their house last Thursday night.

I still hear his bell on his neck running around our house.

I miss him but I'm glad that he is with good, NEW family now :)

Dear, Gamja.

Thank you for giving us a chance to be cat owners. 

We really had a good time with you.

I like Charlie Brown Christmas better than Santa Claus is coming to town.

(Charlie Brown Christmas has KOREAN SUBTITLE!!!)

I ordered 2 more Christmas movies today :)

Can't wait to watch them with Alex next week!!

It's like love and hate relationship between me and Gamja.

I love when he cuddles with me.

This happened last week.

Gamja knocked down my mansion while I was sleeping!!!

My poor Sonny Angels and Harajuku girls perfume!!!

ARRRRRRRRR!! WHY GAMJA!!! WHY??!?!?!?!?!??!????!!!!

I told Gamja that if he does this one more time, I'm gonna bake him!

(Honestly, I don't think he even cares!!!)

Sundubu Jjigae

My favorite food for winter/fall is Sundubu Jjigae.

We love getting Sundubu jjigae 

from our favorite Korean restaurant called  Lighthouse Tofu.

Hope had never been there so Alex and I took her there couple weeks ago.

I love the wallpaper there :)

It's old Korean and Chinese characters.

(No. I don't understand what's written there. I can't even read all of them!)

Alex normally gets kimchi Sunbudu Jjigae 

and I always get seafood Sunbubu Jjigae.

Hope got beef Sunbubu Jjigae :)

I take multi-vitamin, iron and vitamin D while I'm eating food.

We ordered potato Pajeon for the appetizer. It was good.

It's getting cold.

If you want to get some soup, I strongly suggest
you get some Sundubu Jjigae :)

See? Gamja and Aslan want Sundubu Jjigae too :p

The Time Has Come!

Since it's getting cooler and colder,
 my Gamja started cuddling with me more often 

and I LOVE IT!!

I hope it gets really, really, really cold so I can snuggle with Gamja everyday!

Gamja Zzzzz

On the weekends, I wanna stay in bed as late as I can

but somehow, my eyes automatically open around 8 or 9am.

I missing taking a nap during the daytime now

but I love making money :D

(I love going shopping with that money!!)

My Lock Screen Picture

I've been wanting to find out how to capture the screen on my cell phone.

I accidentally did it today :)

Play with Me, Gamja.

One of Gamja's favorite toys (that he hasn't hidden under the oven) is his fishing poll. 

I play with him using his fishing poll pretty much every day.

I think it's kind of a workout for Gamja :)

After 3 - 4 minutes he sits down, breathing heavy.

Then he goes to the wooden floor in front of our door and calms down there. 

My Prisoner, Gamja

I went to Michaels the other day.

It's still August and they already have Halloween decorations!

They also have Halloween outfits for pets!

I got this prisoner outfit for my Gamja.

(This is an outfit for puppies but I thought it would look adorable for Gamja!)

I guess it's not comfortable for him.

He keeps taking off this outfit.

I think it's so darn cute though!

Melted Crayon Art

I finally did it!
I've seen this project on the web so many times.
I did it and loved it!
I found my favorite set of instruction here.

Here are what you will need.
crayons, canvas, glue sticks, a hot glue gun and hair dryer

Gamja was a not so good helper :p

1. Organize the crayons.

2. Glue the crayons to the canvas using hot glue gun.

3. Put an object under the edge to hold the canvas tilted.

4. Use the hair dryer to heat the craynons.
(I used the medium setting on my hair dryer.
Make sure that you put paper on the bottom and on the sides
so the melted crayons won't ruin your furniture or carpet.)

5. Be proud of yourself!
